About the Role

This role ensures that every marketing initiative is aligned with brand strategy, business objectives, and target audience goals. The Campaign Manager acts as the central link between brand marketing, creative, SEO/SMO, and content teams, driving successful execution and measurable results for the organization’s marketing programs.

  • Oversee campaign planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing Executives, SEO/SMO specialists, and design teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Manage campaign workflows, ensuring all marketing assets and messages are consistent with the company’s brand voice and positioning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions), and optimize ongoing campaigns for improved outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Development teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and media outlets for joint promotional and branding initiatives.
  • Maintain an understanding of market trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to refine strategy.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting, delivering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or campaign management, preferably in an agency or brand-driven environment.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • A creative and data-driven thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar).
  • Proficiency with analytics and performance tracking platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Data Studio).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with CRM and campaign management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Exposure to event-based campaigns or partner co-marketing initiatives.
