About the Role

At PlumJob.com, we’re seeking an exceptional HR Manager – Recruitment who can drive global talent acquisition across India, the US, Europe, EMEA, and APAC markets. The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the technology landscape—spanning CRM, CX, No-Code Automation, AI, Software Engineering, and Enterprise Software domains. This role goes beyond hiring—it’s about building a world-class talent engine by leveraging modern recruitment platforms and enriching our proprietary PlumJob talent database to deliver top-tier candidates for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across multiple geographies and functions.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and niche tech networks to identify and engage top talent.
  • Develop and enrich the PlumJob.com talent database to improve reach, accuracy, and sourcing intelligence.
  • Recruit across diverse roles — Sales, Development, Engineering, QA, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Finance.
  • Execute the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements, role priorities, and organizational culture.
  • Leverage Google Workspace, ATS, CRM tools, and HR software to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering advisory insights on career progression and fit.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire benchmarks.

What We're Looking For

  • MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
  • 4–7 years of exclusive experience in tech recruitment across India and international markets.
  • Proven track record of closing positions across seniority levels and geographies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for connecting great talent with great companies.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to recruitment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to global hiring for startups, technology consultancies, or digital enterprises.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tech stacks, including AI-enabled sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics in tech domains.
  • Prior experience with database management or recruitment CRM optimization.
