We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director – CRM/CX to lead and expand our portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients across India and international markets. The role demands a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in SaaS solutions, CRM/CX platforms, and Digital Transformation Consulting, capable of driving multi-crore annual revenue targets through strategic planning, disciplined execution, and team leadership. The Sales Director will oversee demand generation, account management, and customer engagement functions, ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas while building long-term relationships with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
•Prior experience in CX consulting, CRM platform partnerships (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or CRMStudio).
•Exposure to AI-enabled sales enablement tools, predictive analytics, or account-based marketing platforms.
•Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Asana, or similar work management tools for managing client accounts and internal teams.
•Participation in CX, CRM, or SaaS industry events such as Dreamforce, Gartner CX Summit, or Microsoft Inspire.
•Strong business acumen with a global perspective and understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based economics.
