UI/UX Designer
Designs intuitive digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UIs. Applies UX principles, research, and design systems while collaborating with product and development teams.
About the Role
The UI/UX Designer will design outstanding digital experiences across applications, DXPs, websites, landing pages, and mobile interfaces. This role blends research, user psychology, visual design, and prototyping to create intuitive, aesthetic, and high-performing digital journeys. Designers will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement modern design systems and AI-driven user experience enhancements.
What You'll Do
- •Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms.
- •Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user testing to validate design decisions.
- •Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to build seamless experiences.
- •Create responsive, accessible, and scalable design systems.
- •Work on DXPs, websites, apps, and landing pages with a strong conversion and usability focus.
- •Leverage AI tools to accelerate UX workflows, insights, and UI generation.
- •Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
- •Ensure visual consistency and usability across digital touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- •4–7 years of experience in UX/UI design for apps, websites, and digital platforms.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI craft, and interaction design.
- •Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow (optional), and prototyping tools.
- •Understanding of DXP structures, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with design thinking orientation.
- •Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.
Nice to Have
- •Experience in Webflow, Framer, or no-code design tools.
- •Familiarity with AI-based UX research and UI automation tools.
